We loved the backpack(I bought 2) but they had fabrication defected/damage on 1(black) the zipper gets stuck and on the 2nd(pink) it rip the first day they use it from the strap.

I love your store!! I love the backpacks, everything about your store is amazing, I would just recommend switching the zippers on the backpacks to something better because they do tend to get stuck or not zip up right sometimes other than that I love it!!
